How do I register my property with you?— Just simply fill out the Property Registration Form, which can be found by clicking on the “Register Your Property” button. Send it along with your photos and payment to Dodge By Owner, P.O. Box 35, Juneau, Wisconsin 53039. There is also the option to e-mail us the Property Registration Form and then send the photos and payment separately. Or you can also e-mail your photos to service@dodgebyowner.com. The listing will only appear on the website and the sign will only be installed within three business days after payment has been received.

I decided to change the asking price of my property, what should I do?— Please call us or drop us an e-mail, we will make that change to your listing - free of charge. In fact, if you decide to edit or add any information during the six-month advertising period, just let us know and we will do it for you.

If we receive an offer on our home within the six months, should we contact you?— Yes, please do. If you wish, we can add that information to your listing. Your listing will remain on our website and the sign will remain in your yard until you close on your property or until the six month time period expires. If you decide to discontinue the service during the six-month period, we ask that you notify us within three days. At that time we will remove your listing from the website and the sign must be made available for pick up. If the sign is not made available, a $120 fee will be assessed to the property owner to cover the cost of the sign. Sorry, no refunds for any unused portion of the six month advertising period.

Will you help us negotiate an agreement with the potential buyer?— Dodge By Owner is an advertising service only. We do not get involved with any aspect of the real estate transaction. Most property owners who decide to sell their property privately hire the services of an attorney to help them with the legal aspects and paperwork involved with the actual real estate transaction.

What happens after six months or when I accept an offer on my property?— At the end of the six-month advertising period Dodge By Owner will contact you to check the status of your property. If the property has not been sold, you do have the option of renewing the contract for an additional six months at a reduced rate. If you decide not to renewal, we will remove the property listing from our website and pick-up the sign. When you accept an offer on the property we ask that you notify us within three days. If you wish, at that time we will add, “offer pending” to your listing. After closing, we will remove the listing from our website and pick-up the sign.

Will you advertise my property in the newspaper?— We will advertise our Dodge By Owner website in the local newspapers. This will direct any prospective buyers to our website - to your property.

If I advertise in the newspapers, can I include your website address? — You may include our website address in any advertisement that you submit to be published in a newspaper.
