Homebuyers like the idea of buying… from a FSBO because of the possibility of saving some money.

The problem is that these homebuyers typically don’t understand what to do after they find a house that they like. They may not have been pre-qualified or pre-approved for a loan, which is so important to do before becoming interested in a particular house..

  • You need to gently guide them to the next step - making an offer to purchase.
  • You could offer a business card from a local attorney to each buyer, saying "if you have further interest in our home, you might contact Attorney Blank about making an offer".
